DESCRIPTION:Dallas Diocese Chapter-wide CUF Exemplification\nA request from our WSD Ron Alonzo and the assignment he has given each Diocese. \nThe date assigned for the Diocese of Dallas is Sunday November 2. Our plan is to conduct a Chapter wide CUF Exemplification at the Chapel on the campus of the University of Dallas beginning at 1:30 PM. GK Vince has requested the use of the chapel and we will confirm no later than Tuesday. Details of the location will be sent at that time. If we are unable to use this facility\, we will conduct the Exemplification at The KayCee Hall home of The Great 799. Time to be determined. \nPlease review your council’s Prospect Tab in the Officers Online portal. We’d like to have as many of these prospects attend our ceremony on November 2. Please get with your councils immediately\, and determine how many will be in attendance. I request that you respond to myself and our Membership Director WSW Reed Fontenot asap. \nLet’s work to finish October strong and start our November with at least 15 New members at our Diocesan wide Exemplification! As you are aware\, November can be a difficult month for recruitment\, so we are looking for ways to get the membership motivated. \nI would like to involve all State Officers and divide up the State and 15 Dioceses. \nThe Message will be that the TSC State Officers will travel beginning November 1st\, 2025\, All Saints Day/All Souls Day weekend and continue until November 15th\, 2025. \n15 Exemplifications\n15 Candidates\n15 Dioceses\n15 Days\nEach Exemplification must have a minimum of 15 candidates. \nPlease review the Chart below and let me know what dates work for you in the Dioceses I have assigned you to. \n\nState Deputy Alonzo– Corpus Christi\, Victoria\, El Paso\, San Angelo\, Lubbock\, and Amarillo Dioceses.\nState Sec.
