Thank you once again for stepping up and volunteering to help make this Convention the best yet! Hopefully by now each Committee Chair has selected their team members and the planning process has begun. \nWe plan our second meeting for Saturday July 27 beginning at 9:00. The meeting will be held at Council 799 Hall. Each of the Chairs and any members of their teams and/or additional volunteers are invited to attend. Our goal is to expand on ideas presented in April and nail down a few specifics. Please plan to attend and reply back to me confirming your attendance. We ask that you please come prepared to discuss your ideas and plans to make this a tremendous success!
