The Diocese of Dallas Team will hold our Mid-Year Organizational Meeting on Saturday January 21, 2023. The meeting will be held in the upper hall of the KayCee Hall 799 10110 Shoreview Rd. Dallas, TX 75238.

Registration will begin at 8:00 AM and the meeting will start PROMPTLY at 9:00. Our plan is to be completed no later than 1:00 PM. Please share this information with your GKs, FS and DGK as their attendance is requested.

We will be doing something a tad different this meeting. Instead of a Standard report by General Agent John Regan, the Regan Agency will be doing a Fraternal Benefit Seminar for all attendees. DD Ben Oani will set up a Zoom Presentation so that council members may tune in virtually to the FBS. If a total of 7 members for a given council attend or view via Zoom, the council will receive Star Council Credit.

Immediately following this meeting, a small meal will be provided. The 2023 State Convention Committee will convene at 1:30 or 30 minutes after the conclusion of the Org. Meeting, in the lower conference room for our January meeting.

More details to follow. I do ask that those committee chairmen that will be attending respond to me if they wish to present at the session. Please plan to keep your report to no more than 10 minutes, FBS to be the exception.
