TOURNAMENT FORMAT: Modified Florida Scramble, (best ball) four person teams.
WHEN: Saturday, 27 April 2019, 1:30 PM, Shotgun Start.
COST: Will be $85.00 per golfer, which will include green fees, cart fees, practice range balls, trophies, door prizes and dinner at the conclusion of tournament PLAY. Non-Playing family members or friends of golfers are invited to the 5 PM dinner and prize awards presentations. (Cost of the dinner for non-players will be $8 per person).
ALL PROCEEDS will go to K of C College Scholarship/Grant fund.
DONATIONS: Donations to the Scholarship/Grant fund are appreciated and will be recognized by sponsorship of a tournament hole of play. Donations can be made by an individual, business or corporate sponsorship. Make sponsorship checks payable to Knights of Columbus Council #12484 and Team registration checks payable to the tournament coordinator, Frank Hernandez or Richard Bollinger.
