KofC 2020 Texas State Convention Meeting

On Saturday March 14, we will meet as a team at 11:30 to “dot the I’s and cross the t’s” on our plans for the convention. We will meet in The Inverness Room of the Hilton Anatole Hotel from 11:30 am to 12:45 pm. At approx. 1:00 PM,  a tour of the facility will be done. This will allow all of us to see exactly where we will be, and give us a better understanding of the needs to put everything in place, ask any questions you may have and get answers to questions unknown! Your attendance is critical as well as any co-chairs you feel need to be a part of this day.
