NCBC Bishops Workshop 2020

The NCBC has selected Dallas for their 2020 Bishop’s workshop to be held from February 3-5, 2020.

We need volunteers to help pickup and return attendees for the workshop.

The workshop will be held at the Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas located at 221 East Las Colinas Blvd, Irving, Texas. The Knights of Columbus in the Dallas and Fort Worth Dioceses have been coordinating transportation for this workshop for many years.  The meeting will involve as many as 200 Bishops from the United States, Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean.

Drivers are needed to transport the Bishops, Archbishops, and Cardinals between the airport and the hotel.  The majority of drivers are required on Monday, February 3, 2020.

Drivers are also needed to assist in return transportation on Wednesday and Thursday, February 5th and February, 6th.  If you have a van, please indicate that online at www.bpup.us  as well as the number of passengers you can accommodate.

Please register online at www.bpup.us , no later than January 12, 2020.  Online Driver assignments will start no later than January 26, 2020.
