April 2025 Report for the Committee of 1000
Brother Knights,
The following is the Report for the Committee of 1000 for the DDC meeting this Saturday, April 12, 2025.
At the Mid-Year Meeting of the Dallas Diocesan Chapter, we presented a check for $7,000 to Transitional Deacon Allen-Michael Muench who represented Fr. Zach Webb the Director of Seminarians. This was a result of the donations from 34 councils who participated in the Committee of 1000’s 2024 drive.image.png
At that time a number of councils picked up their 2025 Committee of 1000 pins. I will have pins available for the following Councils who were not able to attend the Mid-Year Meeting this Saturday at the April Meeting of the DDC:
- District 106 – Council 5656 GK J Jones, Council 7438 -GK John Feess, Council8952 – GK Brain Tooley, and Council 16202 – GK David O’Brian
- District 110 -Council 5052 – GK Omar Mediano, Council 5538 – GK Joe Gonzales, Council 11169 – GK Bill Luisi, and Council 11716 – GK Tom Ordemann
- District 112 – Council 11937 – GK Garry Gangon, and Council 15852
- District 115 – Council 5243 – GK Jose Sanchez, Council 17146 – GK Yang Greg Jeong, and Council 10523 – GK Rickie Sala.
I have received requests for additional pins for some councils. I will have these pins available for any council who would like more pins for the 2025 Committee of 1000 drive this weekend. Please stop by and pick up the pins you need.
So far this year, we have received donations totaling $1,597 for the Committee of 1000. Thank you to all the councils who have participated so far!
