The KofC Dallas Diocese Mid-Year meeting having been postponed due to inclement weather earlier this month, finally took place Saturday, Jan 25 at St. Michael the Archangel hosted by Council 11862.

The Knights of Columbus 120th Texas State Council Convention took place on April 26-28 in Houston, Texas. Hosted by the Galveston-Houston Chapter, the convention this year attracted members from all over the great State of Texas.
Here is a recap of attendance at Saturday’s Mid Year Diocesan Meeting: Councils present – 31 (represented by 51 Knights, 52% of active Councils). Grand Knights present – 19 (included in the 51 above, 32% of Diocesan GK’s).
I am proud to introduce the 1st New Council for the Great State of Texas in this Fraternal Year, Council 18262 Holy Trinity!
I am pleased to let you know that the Diocese of Dallas completed our Diocesan Conference this past Saturday. The Conference was hosted by Council 11862 St. Michael The Archangel in Garland. We had in excess of 100 Brother Knights in attendance.
If I had to pick only one word to describe this past weekend, it would have to be OUTSTANDING!!!!! The hard work and efforts each of you and your teams did to make this Convention a success was evident in every aspect of the presentation.
Thank you to all that attended our Diocesan Organizational Meeting this past Saturday. We had 117 bother Knights attend, breakdown is listed below! Please thank your GK’s, FS and DGK’s that were in attendance. It is always our hope that the information shared will help each council continue to strive and expand on the great works they are all doing.
I apologize for the delay in sending out the minutes for our inaugural 2023 State Convention Meeting held on Saturday 5-14. We thank those of you that were able to attend and look forward to seeing all of you at our next meeting on July 9.
