St. Michael the Archangel in Garland, TX Wheelchair Sunday

Father Joseph and Brother Knights,

St. Michael the Archangel in Garland, TX. Council #11862 from the Dallas Diocese held a successful 3rd Wheelchair Sunday over the weekend. They collected $8,543 for 56 wheelchairs. Since it is estimated that each wheelchair delivered changes and improves an average of 10 lives, they will impact the lives of 560 people.

Their funds will provide a large container of 280 wheelchairs for the CRIT in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Three Our Lady of Guadalupe lithographs were given to donors of $500 or more, and many donation envelopes were handed out.

Thank you so much to Fr. Joseph Mehan for his incredible support of this mission, Brother Chris Rollins for coordinating the event again, and for helping and reading the pulpit talk at all 5 Masses. Thanks also to the other Brother Knights who helped and to the St. Michael the Archangel parishioners for their kindness and generosity in providing all these wheelchairs for children in need. God bless all of you.

Blessings,
Brother Ricardo Guzman

Dear Fr. Joseph and Brother Knights,

Thank you so much again for your generous support of our life-changing mission.

We are blessed to have the support of your wonderful parish in the work we do to answer the prayers of entire families.

Each wheelchair we deliver allows people to live the life they always dreamed of, and improves the ability for everyone to attend church as a family.

You are most sincerely appreciated, and we thank God for your compassion and collaboration.

    May God bless you,

    Chris
