St. Paul the Apostle Wheelchair Sunday
Father John, Father Lucas and Brother Knights,
St. Paul the Apostle Council #12021 in Richardson, and the Dallas Diocese, held a successful 3rd Annual Wheelchair Sunday over the weekend. They collected $12,800, plus received $1,020 before the weekend, for a total raised of $13,820 for 92 wheelchairs.
Since it is estimated that each wheelchair delivered changes and improves an average of 10 lives, 920 lives will be impacted! Their funds will go towards providing a large container of 280 wheelchairs for the Puebla CRIT Center in Mexico.
There were 8 Our Lady of Guadalupe lithographs given out to donors of $500 or more.
Thank you so much to Fr. John Szatkowski and Fr. Lucas Moreira de Sales for their awesome support of this mission and to Brother David Roberson for coordinating the event. Thanks also to the other Brother Knights that helped, especially Brother Bill Eldridge, who read 3 pulpit talks. And many thanks to the St. Paul the Apostle parishioners for their kindness and generosity, and for being guardian angels to these children in need of wheelchairs. God bless all of you.
Sincerely,
Bill Weber
Texas Wheelchair Chairman

Dear Fr. John, Fr. Lucas, and Brother Knights,
Thank you once again for your compassionate support of our life-changing mission.
We are so blessed to be able to answer the prayers of entire families with the gift of a wheelchair, and give children the ability to attend school, dream dreams, and hope for their future.
We greatly appreciate your collaboration and hope you will join us on a wheelchair distribution to witness the gratitude in the hearts of those we touch.
Thank you so much again.
Sincerely,
Chris
