2020 KofC Texas State Convention Update
Brothers and Lady Knights,
WOW, time flies when you are have fun!! Hard to believe that we are finished with the 2018-19 Fraternal Year. We pray that it was a good year for all of you and that 2019-20 will be even better for our Diocese, the Great State of TX and the Order!
With the 2018-19 State Convention well behind us, we now need to put our attention on the State Convention to be held here is Dallas April 24-26! Thank you once again for stepping up and volunteering to help make this Convention the best yet! Hopefully by now each Committee Chair has selected their team members and the planning process has begun. Please review the attached copy of the Minutes from our initial Planning Meeting.
We plan our second meeting for Saturday July 27 beginning at 9:00. The meeting will be held at Council 799 Hall. Each of the Chairs and any members of their teams and/or additional volunteers are invited to attend. Our goal is to expand on ideas presented in April and nail down a few specifics. Please plan to attend and reply back to me confirming your attendance. We ask that you please come prepared to discuss your ideas and plans to make this a tremendous success! If you have team members to add to our distribution, please advise!
