Brother Knights and Ladies All,
I apologize for the delay in sending out the minutes for our inaugural 2023 State Convention Meeting held on Saturday 5-14. We thank those of you that were able to attend and look forward to seeing all of you at our next meeting on July 9. I also wish to take this opportunity to thank each of you for stepping up once again and working with the team to put this excited and essential event together! I am pleased to announce that Ed Stankunas has stepped up to head the Convention Raffle and 50/50 Program for us! Thanks Ed and welcome!!
I am attaching the Meeting Minutes from the March 2020 Meeting which was the final meeting held prior to the cancellation of the 2020 Convention. This may be helpful in “refreshing” your memories on and/or ideas.
We are now less than a year from our Convention and lots needs to be done. I hope that each of you are forming your teams to assist. I ask that you bring the list of team members to our July 9 meeting. We will begin to add them to our roster and keep them in the loop going forward. The meeting for July 9 is scheduled to be held at Council Hall 6402 beginning promptly at 9:00 AM. Mike McLaughlin from the State Office plans to be in attendance. Mike’s attendance will allow each of you to ask questions or raise initial concerns you may have.
We will keep you posted of any updates or information. Thanks again for all you do and will do to make this the best convention ever!
