Thank you and God bless you to the 40 Dallas Diocese Councils and 3 Assemblies listed below that donated $378,680 to the American Wheelchair Mission to provide 2,524 wheelchairs in fraternal year 2021-2022.
As we enter the final week on the Fraternal Year, I wish to thank each of you for all the hard and smart work each of you performed in the past year.
Worthy Officers, DDs, GKs, FNs, and Brothers (and Rev. Bishops Burns and Kelly and Fathers Paul, Zach, James, Fernando, Alan, and Loyd):
Please forward this to your councils as soon as you can – most important!!
Worthy Grand Knights of the Dallas Diocese,
There are only 13 days left in the fraternal year to participate in the Wheelchair Program by donating at least $150 for one wheelchair.
Although temperatures reached into the triple digits, members of Council 830 in Denison turned out and supported the building of a Habitat for Humanity home on June 18.
Please forward this to your councils as soon as you can – most important!!
I apologize for the delay in sending out the minutes for our inaugural 2023 State Convention Meeting held on Saturday 5-14. We thank those of you that were able to attend and look forward to seeing all of you at our next meeting on July 9.
The Silver Rose is coming to our Diocese! We are honored to host the Rose from June 20 thru July 9 in the Diocese of Dallas. I have been asked to coordinate the visit while it is in our Diocese.
The Goal of our “Hands in our Community – Home and Abroad” program is to provide comfort and sustenance for homeless and destitute by providing supplies and food for those in our ‘backyard’ be it in Texas or Viet Nam.
